법률 검토 전 초안이에요. 지금 서비스가 실제로 하는 일을 적었지만, 아직 변호사 검토를 받지 않았어요.
요약
검사를 요청하면 입력한 대화·링크·사진은 저희 서버를 거쳐 OpenAI(미국)로 보내져 분석돼요.
로그인하지 않았다면 입력한 내용은 검사가 끝나면 저장하지 않아요. 저희가 남기는 건
대화 속 입금 계좌·지갑 주소를 되돌릴 수 없는 형태로 바꾼 값(지문)뿐이에요.
같은 계좌가 다시 나오면 다음 사람에게 알려주기 위해서예요. 개인정보를 팔거나 광고에 쓰지 않아요.
1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

2. 보유 기간과 파기
- 검사 입력 내용: 로그인하지 않았다면 검사 결과를 돌려준 뒤 바로 버려요. 로그인했다면 직접 삭제하거나 탈퇴할 때까지 내 검사 기록에 남아요.
- 계좌·지갑 지문: 마지막으로 나온 날부터 90일 뒤 자동으로 지워요.
- 공유 링크: 만든 날부터 1년 뒤 만료돼요. 판단과 신호 이름만 담기고 대화 내용은 들어가지 않아요. 더 빨리 지우고 싶으면 아래 연락처로 알려주세요.
- 함께 보낸 대화(피드백): 정확도 개선에 쓴 뒤 지우며, 요청하면 언제든 바로 지워요.
- 커뮤니티: 질문 글("이거 사기일까요?")은 댓글·투표와 함께 30일 뒤 자동으로 지워져요. 경험 글과 그 댓글은 직접 지울 때까지 남아요. 탈퇴해도 이미 올린 글은 자동으로 지워지지 않으니, 탈퇴 전에 지우거나 아래 연락처로 요청해주세요.
- 계정 정보: 탈퇴하면 지체 없이 지워요.
전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제해요. 종이로 출력해 보관하는 개인정보는 없어요.
3. 제3자 제공
개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않아요. 법령에 따라 수사기관이 적법한 절차로 요청하는 경우는 예외예요.
4. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 회사에 처리를 맡기며, 두 곳 모두 개인정보가 국외(미국 등)로 이전돼요.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 검사를 요청하지 않으시면 돼요. 다만 검사는 이 이전 없이는 할 수 없어요.
5. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
언제든 내 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있어요. 검사 기록과 계정은 앱의 프로필에서 직접 지울 수 있고,
그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내주시면 지체 없이 처리해요. 계좌 지문은 원래 번호로 되돌릴 수 없어 특정인의 것을 찾아낼 수 없지만,
해당 계좌번호를 알려주시면 같은 방법으로 지문을 만들어 지울 수 있어요.
6. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화해요.
- 계좌·지갑 번호는 원문을 저장하지 않고 비밀 키로 만든 지문만 저장해요.
- 지문 데이터, 이용 통계, 이용 한도 기록은 서버만 읽고 쓸 수 있도록 접근을 막아 두었어요.
- AI 서비스 키 같은 비밀 값은 앱이 아닌 서버의 비밀 저장소에만 둬요.
7. 자동으로 수집하는 장치
광고나 추적용 쿠키는 쓰지 않아요. 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 언어 설정과 "다시 보지 않기" 같은 화면 설정,
그리고 최근 검사 최대 5건(입력한 대화 글과 결과, 사진 제외)을 14일 동안 저장해요. 이 기록은 서버로 보내지 않고
이 기기에만 있어요. 검사 화면의 "기록 지우기"나 브라우저 설정에서 언제든 지울 수 있어요. 여러 사람이 함께 쓰는 기기라면 검사 후 지워주세요.
로그인 상태 유지를 위해 Firebase 인증 정보가 브라우저에 저장돼요.
8. 만 14세 미만
NoScam은 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만의 계정 가입을 받지 않아요.

이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알려요. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 알려요.
Privacy Policy

Draft pending legal review. This describes what the software
actually does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice.
The short version
When you ask NoScam to check something, the text, link or images you submit go
to our server and then to OpenAI in the United States, which runs the analysis.
If you are not signed in, what you submitted is discarded once the analysis
finishes. The one thing we keep is a one-way fingerprint of any payment account
in it, so we can warn the next person if the same account turns up again. We do
not sell your data and we do not build advertising profiles.
What we handle, and why
- What you submit — conversation text, messages, listing
links, seller details and images. Used only to look for scam signals. It
often contains other people's names, numbers and accounts, so please remove
anything that is not needed.
- A fingerprint of payment details. If your submission
contains a bank account number or a crypto wallet address, we keep an
HMAC-SHA256 fingerprint of it — a value we cannot turn back into the
number — because a payout account that keeps reappearing across different
people's checks is one of the clearest signs of a scam. We never
fingerprint phone numbers, email addresses or 주민등록번호.
- An anonymous session identifier, so we can apply usage
limits. It is not tied to your name, email or device identity.
- Your email and display name — when you sign in, with
Google or email, to keep your check history. Without an account you get
three checks a day; after that, checking needs a sign-in. Google shares your
email, name and profile photo with us, never your password.
- Feedback you choose to send — the verdict's own details
(risk band, which warning signs fired). The conversation is included only
if you tick the box offering it, and is masked before it is stored -
names, phone and account numbers, addresses - with a preview of exactly
what will be sent. If you later answer "how did it go?", we
receive that answer and the verdict details, never the conversation.
- Watched accounts (signed in, optional) — the account's
one-way fingerprint and its last four digits, to tell you if it later comes
up high risk in someone else's check. Deleted after 90 days, or when you
stop watching.
- Family links (signed in, optional) — two people who
link through an invite. A high-risk check by one tells the other the name,
risk level and number of warning signs, never the conversation; a result is
shared only when you press "ask family". Alerts are deleted after 30 days;
either of you can unlink.
- Community (signed in, optional) — posts, comments,
an automatically assigned nickname, and your votes and "helpful" marks.
Posts and comments are public, so names, phone and account numbers and
addresses are masked before posting, with a preview of exactly what will
appear. Others see only the nickname; it is linked to your account by a
one-way value. The counts behind the daily posting limit are deleted after
two days.
- Daily counts — how many checks ran, by risk band, kind of
message, item category and web or other channel. Numbers only; never what
you submitted.
Who processes it, and where
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) receives what you submit, over the
API on an encrypted connection, each time you run a check, to produce the
analysis. Under OpenAI's API policy it may be kept for up to 30 days for
abuse monitoring and is not used to train models.
- Google LLC — Firebase and Google Cloud (USA and elsewhere)
hosts the site and stores the session identifier, fingerprints, daily
counts, shared results, feedback, community posts and, if you have one,
your account and history.
That is the complete list. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
- Not signed in: what you submitted is not stored after the analysis returns.
- Signed in: your checks stay in your history until you delete them or your account.
- Payment fingerprints are deleted automatically 90 days after they were last seen.
- Shared results expire one year after they are created. They carry the verdict and the names of the warning signs, never the conversation.
- Community: questions ("is this a scam?") are deleted automatically after 30 days, with their comments and votes. Stories and their comments stay until you delete them. Deleting your account does not remove what you posted, so delete posts first or ask us to.
- Feedback conversations are deleted once used, or at any time on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your data. Saved
checks and your account can be deleted from Profile; for anything else, email us.
We cannot find a fingerprint by person, but if you tell us the account number we
can fingerprint it the same way and delete it.
Storage on your device
No advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps your
language and display preferences, and your last five checks
(the text you pasted and the result, not photos) for 14 days, on this device
only - never sent to us. Clear them with "Clear" on the check screen or in your
browser settings, and do so on a shared device. Firebase keeps your sign-in session.
Children
NoScam is not intended for anyone under 14.
